just got back from our first race of the season. it was a brutal weekend but we ended up with the win.... at 3am. everyone was slow. first race gremlins i suppose. most frustrating was waiting on track prep. San Antonio is a great track and it hooks up well. problem is, they take forever to prep it. usually over an hour if its an oil down. car did really well though. had to tune on more stuff than i would like....fuel, tire pressure, and the wing. weather conditions were making tuning a bit of a challenge. i think the NGK plugs are giving me issues. im getting more misfire than with the Autolites. it just doesnt run as smooth and i can hear an occasional pop when its going down the track. im putting a set of Autolites back in before the next race. _________________

thanks Dave. win margin was .007. Jeff cut a .003 light and ran a 5.09 against a 5.07. _________________
