I have a kenne Bell th400 thats been sitting for years. Embarassed It's been sealed up (tapped) & storied in side with fluid. It had less than 10,000 miles on it. To put it in to service, Do you people think I Should I just run it, Reseal the input & out put seals, Or overhaul it?

If it were me, I'd probably knock in new seals, drop the fluid / filter and give it a try. Worst case, it doesn't work (but I'm betting it will) and you have lost very little trying it. Clay

What Clay said. Depending on what it looked like I might take the valve body apart and clean it.

The only issue I had using a transmission that sat for a few years was the seals @ the ends, and the little seal at the shift shaft...

I personally would swap those up front, put it in, run it a li'l bit and change the fluid and filter...
