well its been 2 weeks breaking in the new Moser rear with detroit trutrac diff.
no noise from the rear at all
turns like an open diff.
I did a huge burnout today and all I can say is WOW!
hooks up like a spool!
both marks are same width and exactly same length 80.5 ft.
Im very impressed to say the least.
need new tires now lol.

I have only praises for mine so far. Way better than the old Ford cone style posi around the corners and when you do jump on it...dead straight. What's this about a break-in. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Supposedly the worm gear style posi's are stronger, seamless, and virtually don't wear out. I run the GM Zexel-Torsen which is the same design.

I run the true trac in my 95 and it is great and has held up to quite a few 10 sec passes with slicks I don't see how you could hurt it on the street.

I love Truetracs. I have installed about a dozen over 3 years time, and none have failed. One is slipping in turns, but that is because the owner insisted on using a front diff (low preload/gear angle) in the rear axle.
