Central Florida processes train loads and barge loads of pure alcohol from sugar cane scraps and the citrus plant pulp that doesn't go into the juice. But you can not get a drop of it any where in the state except for one pump that had only a single load of E-85 dropped off in Tallahassee for a promo the Governor put on for the news media showing how the Fed tax money was being spent. The plants are in Tampa down by the incerator on the McKay bay part of Tampa bay so shipping is easy and disposal of wastes are cheap.
Seems the oil companies which have bought and paid for our states legislators don't want any competition up until such time as they own the process and can charge you through the nose for their "investment" in the complex technology of making hooch. Of course making alcohol out of sugar is so complex that only a moonshiner can figure it out (or in the case of the oil companies a lot of chemical engineers with petroleum experience).

It's pretty close on jetting. I'm thinking it's a little on the rich side if anything. I usually jet my stuff for when I'm trying to get the best e.t. which is from around Oct. through Mar. After that I'm pretty much done for the year. E85 is sorta sparse around here. There are a few pumps but if I converted then i couldn't drive it around on the street on normal E10. No pictures required for the intercooler - it's just like the turbo install thread final pic. I just have some more wall art to look at I guess .
