HELLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EVERYONE
LEROY IM 18 AND CHECKING OUT THE "BOX WORLD" (I HAVE A PASSION FOR MOTORCYCLES )
MY "FIRST CAR" WAS A 1982 HD SPORTSTER... 52 MPG AND WILL KEEP IT UNTIL ITS PULLED FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS
OKAY WELL ILL START OFF WITH THIS
MY UNCLES NAME WAS DAVID FEREE, HE LIVED IN HAVASU "WHERE I DO AS WELL " AND WAS ONE OF THE TOP GARAGE MECHANICS IN TOWN "IF NOT THE BEST"
HE DIED 9-23-09 AND UNFORTUNATLY, THATS WHEN EVERYTHING HAPPENED
OUR 1982 SILVERADO C10 HAD A BAD CARB, TOOK IT TO MY UNCLES FRIEND, THOUGHT THE TV CABLE WAS THE CRUISE CONTROL AND FRIED THE 700R4
NOW AFTER THIS IS FIXED, THE 1989 C1500 HAS A BLOWN HEAD GASKET "IN CYLINDER #5" SO ITS STILL DRIVE ABLE.
AND TO ADD SOME FUN TO THE PARTY I PICKED UP A 1980 SUBURBAN WITH A 454 IN IT TO USE AS A HUNTING VEHICLE, MUDDING ECT....
SO SOME MAY SAY "PSH THATS NOTHING" WELL WHEN YOU GET SPOILED HAVING A "MASTER MECHANIC" HELPING YA WITH EVERYTHING, YOU EASILY FORGET THINGS......
ILL BE 100% HONEST RIGHT NOW, WRENCHING IS IN MY BLOOD "AT HOME"
I HAVE NO DESIRE TO GO TO ITT TECH TO BECOME A MECHANIC BUT TO RATHER BE A MASTER MAINTAINCE GUY AND FIND THOSE "GARAGE MECHANICS" LIKE MYSELF TO DO MAJOR REPAIRS, OVERHAULING ECT.....
AS A BUDDY OF MINE IN SCHOOL SAID "ILL BUT A NEW VEHICLE WHEN THEY'RE CONSIDERED OLD"
I STILL LOVE LOOKING UNDER OUR HOODS AND SEEING A MOTOR, INTAKE, AND WIRES.... NOT PLASTIC BOXES PLASTIC PLUGS AND MAQIC JK
MY BIGGEST STRENGTH IS CREATIVITY, MY DAD TAUGHT ME TO BE A PACK RAT WITH METALS, WHEN I WAS 15 I WAS ABLE TO MAKE ANY BRACKET TO ANYTHING, ANYWHERE, ON WHATEVER AND STIL LOOK AWSOME ... OF COURSE MY STUFF GOES ON OLDER VEHICLES SO SO SOMETHING ON A NEWER RIDE MAY GET YA LOOKED AT FUNNY
IM PUTTING MY "RAT ROD STYLE" INTO THE SUBURBAN.... PATCHING HOLES WITH TIN CANS, JEEP LOOKING GUAGE AND SWITCH PANELS ECT...
IN HEADING TO AUTOZONE NOW, TTYL
THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME EVERYONE
LeRoy

Welcome to the site, Leroy.
I worked in Broadcasting for 32 years and we always wrote in capitals. All commercials, news print, public service announcements, everything.
Occasionally, when I have to read aloud from a script I copy everything to capitals because for me it's more comfortable. |

If he posts in caps do we all have to post in caps so he can read it? Or can he read what we're posting?

Yeah, mines an around-town adventure vehicle. I prefer a sport bike for highway trips.
Maybe if my sporty had that newfangled overdrive thing on it I would change my mind- can really hear the valvetrain sing in 4th at 85 mph _________________ Budgets were meant to be broken. |
